Sizing and fit

Do your clothes run big?
Our bottoms run a little big, so there’s no need to size up. Just order his usual size. Our tops are true to size. You’ll find a size chart on every product page.

Do your pants have an adjustable waist?
All of our traditional pants, like the Berkshire Chino, Cape Cod Corduroy and 1000 Day Pant, have an adjustable inner elastic waistband so you can get the fit just right. The 1000 Day Pant also has buckles to adjust the hips and an adjustable length, so it grows with him. Our Flex pants (Chino-Flex, Denim-Flex and Camo-Flex) are different. They don’t have an inner adjustable waist. Instead, the elastic runs across the back of the waistband, so they’re comfortable without anything to adjust.

What if I’m not sure of his size?
A Pedal gift card arrives instantly by email, so he can pick his own size and favorites.

Care

Can they go in the dryer?
Yes. Our clothes are pre-washed before they ship, so the shrinking has already happened. A gentle dryer cycle is perfectly fine.

Will they pill after a lot of washes?
Our fabrics get a special finish that helps prevent pilling, so they keep looking like new wash after wash.

Shipping and returns

How long does shipping take?
We’re a small team, and most orders ship within 14 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 days within the U.S. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the U.S., including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Can I return or exchange?
Exchanges are always free. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, with a $10 return fee. Final sale items can’t be returned. Start a return or exchange in our returns and exchanges portal.
