Returns / Exchanges

Returns, Refunds & Store Credit:

PEDAL accepts returns that are dropped off and scanned by USPS or FedEx up to 14 days after the delivery date at no additional cost.

• Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with their original tags attached. 

• All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment upon receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping costs are non refundable.  

• If you opt for a Store Credit, upon receiving and inspecting your return, a store credit will be issued to you via email.   Original shipping costs are non refundable. 

• Final sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after the delivery date. 

• Please visit our returns and exchanges portal and choose the item you'd like to exchange

• Your exchanged piece must be unwashed, unworn, with no marks or dirt and with their original tags attached. If we find that the garment does not meet our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse it and cancel the exchange order.

• No additional fees will be charged for accepted exchanges

Return Policy for Retail Purchases

If you made a purchase at one of our retail partner locations, please note that all returns or exchanges must be processed directly at the store where the item was purchased. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for retail purchases through our online system at this time.
